xPublicis Groupe South Asia has promoted Lalatendu Das (LD), currently CEO of Performics India, to the newly established role of CEO of Publicis Media South Asia. In this expanded role, Das will report directly to Anupriya Acharya, CEO of Publicis Groupe South Asia, and will collaborate closely with key leaders including Jai Lala, CEO of Zenith India; Rathi Gangappa, CEO of Starcom India; and Sejal Shah, Managing Director of PMX India.
Since joining Publicis Groupe India in early 2022, Das has significantly strengthened Performics India, overseeing major client acquisitions and driving innovation in performance marketing and digital solutions. His leadership has helped position Performics as a leader in India’s performance marketing space.
Before Publicis, Das spent nearly a decade at McKinsey, where he served as a partner and co-founded McKinsey Digital Labs in Asia-Pacific. His expertise spans digital business development, customer journey transformations, and advanced analytics, bringing a wealth of experience in digital and technology-led transformation to his new role.
