Nisha Poddar has joined Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India) as the Managing Editor of Times Experiences. In this role, she will oversee content and programming for Times Experiences.

With over 20 years of experience, Nisha has held various positions at prominent organizations including CNBC-TV18, Moneycontrol.com, ET Now, and NDTV Profit.

In her previous role as Anchor and M&A Editor at CNBC-TV18, Nisha was instrumental in delivering breaking, exclusive, and market-moving news. She curated and anchored the weekly signature show “Big Deal,” which focused on corporate finance, investments, M&A, private equity, and regulatory topics. Additionally, she played a significant role in developing and hosting several revenue-generating properties on Thought Leadership, Sustainability, and REITs.

Nisha holds a postgraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Videography from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She also earned a Master’s degree in Political Science from Mumbai University.
