NLB Services, a global technology and digital talent solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead its newly launched Global Capability Centre (GCC)-as-a-Service business.
The appointment comes as NLB Services unveils its ambitious plan to capture the rapidly expanding GCC market, targeting USD 200 million in revenue over the next five years. In his new role, Raghavan will drive global strategy across key markets including India, North America, Asia, the UK, and Europe. Early focus areas for the GCC vertical will include Fintech, BFSI, Retail, and Pharmaceuticals.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Raghavan brings a strong background in financial strategy and enterprise transformation. He has previously held senior roles as Head of Finance at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and CFO at ANSR, where he played a pivotal role in setting up more than 30 GCCs for multinational clients.
