Subharun Mukherjee to become the Senior VP of global marketing at CleverTapCustomer engagement platform CleverTap has announced the elevation of Subharun Mukherjee to Senior Vice President – Global Marketing, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening its brand presence across global markets.

In his expanded role, Mukherjee will spearhead marketing strategy and execution across North America, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, India, APAC, and LATAM. His mandate includes driving revenue growth, consolidating CleverTap’s position as a product leader, and building deeper customer engagement in an increasingly competitive SaaS landscape.

Mukherjee brings more than 18 years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise technology. Before joining CleverTap, he served as Senior Director at Razorpay, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the fintech brand’s marketing initiatives. He has also held leadership roles at Freshworks, SAP, and MetricStream, gaining expertise in go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement.

At CleverTap, Mukherjee’s elevation is seen as a strategic move as the company continues its global expansion.
