Hero Realty Appoints Anuj Narang as Chief Sales OfficerHero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has announced the appointment of Anuj Narang as its Chief Sales Officer. With over 18 years of extensive experience in Indian real estate, Narang brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic sales expertise. Before joining Hero Realty, he served as Vice President – Sales at DLF Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.

In his new role, Narang will spearhead sales operations for Hero Realty across India, as the company looks to expand its portfolio in NCR and key markets. His leadership is expected to be instrumental in driving the company’s growth trajectory and enhancing its market presence.

Hero Realty continues to expand its footprint in the Indian real estate sector. Its maiden project, Hero Homes 104, is a premium residential development spread across 9 acres in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, comprising 8 towers and 1,144 units recently received OC and will be handed over to the buyers soon. To strengthen its presence in the plotted development segment, the company launched a dedicated vertical, Hero Earth, with projects across major North Indian cities. Under this brand, Hero Realty introduced The Ark in Sector 85, Gurugram, a 5-acre plotted development that saw all 77 plots sold, generating approximately Rs 180 crore. Building on this success, Hero Realty recently entered Sonipat’s real estate market through a strategic tie-up with the Spiti Group. This new venture marks the second project under Hero Earth, reinforcing the brand’s growing footprint in premium plotted developments.
