In a heartwarming gesture that has become a cherished annual tradition, Kaizzen’s team members across locations celebrated Diwali by dedicating time and resources to several NGOs supporting various causes. This year, under the #KaizzenCare initiative, the team extended their support to the Earth Saviors Foundation, Asraya, India Youth for Society, and Little Sisters of the Poor. These organizations, chosen for their commitment to causes ranging from orphan care and elderly support to empowering underprivileged communities, were at the heart of Kaizzen’s Diwali celebrations.
Carrying with them essential winter items, including clothes and other necessities, Kaizzen’s team members brought the gift of warmth to residents as the crisp onset of winter coincided with the festival. However, the day’s significance went far beyond material gifts.
