Archetype has recently introduced a series of exciting initiatives throughout the APAC region, including India, as part of an effort to revamp and strengthen its employee wellness program. These initiatives underline the company’s dedication to prioritizing the well-being of its employees and nurturing a healthy workplace environment. As part of the wellness month, the enhanced program encompasses a comprehensive range of initiatives, including desk yoga, a partnership with Telus Health for Employee Assistance Program (EAP), quizzes, and tips on leading a healthy lifestyle for a holistic fitness routine.
A notable highlight of this program is the introduction of desk yoga sessions led by a certified trainer, taking place every fortnight. These sessions offer employees a refreshing break from their daily work routines, actively promoting physical fitness and helping reduce stress levels.
Recognizing the importance of mental health, Archetype has taken a proactive step by providing support through the Telus Health (LifeWorks) Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential service is accessible to employees and their family members, extending a helping hand during challenging times at no cost.
Sunayna Malik, Managing Director, India, and Senior Vice President, APAC, Archetype, remarked, “At Archetype, our people are our most valuable asset, and their well-being is our utmost priority. Our employee wellness program reflects our commitment to cultivating a work environment where our employees can flourish both personally and professionally. We are unwavering in our dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard and valued.”
The LifeWorks platform will provide a diverse content library (including audio, video, and articles) covering various topics related to work and life. Archetype employees will have access to independent and professional counselors through a confidential one-on-one support line, catering to personal, professional, financial, and legal needs. This initiative aims to create a workplace environment that supports the physical, financial, and mental well-being of employees. To ensure 24/7 access, the Telus Health (LifeWorks) platform is available on both desktop and as a downloadable app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
